The star interview method is a technique used by interviewers to ensure that while you are answering an interview question and you are describing a situation where you are addressing the situation task action result, and this gives them a rounded response to their question.
The star method is also a great tool for candidates to use when answering any situational interview question as its a foolproof way of ensuring your interview has covered every area of the interview question.

I explain the difference between behavioral interview questions, competency based interview questions and situational interview questions.
I cover the top 15 tough interview questions and answers, including particularly tough questions such as Tell me about a time you had a conflict at work, and Tell me about a time when you disagreed with your boss.
