This ancient Sigiriya Rock Fortress in Sri Lanka with an epic view is by far one of the most visited tourist destinations in the country. You Won't Believe What This Was Used For, this site was picked by King Kashyapa also known as the PlayBoy King for his new capital. He built this fortress on top of this massive rock for protection from his brother Moggallana who was the rightful heir to the throne.

Interesting enough he was born to a non-royal concubine and had no right to the throne. Consequently he rebelled against his king father Dhatusena, imprisoning him and eventually having him killed, entombing him in a wall. Eventually his brother returned for a war between the two where Kasyapas army turned against him and joined the rightful King Moggallana, he defeated the false King to take his place back as a Boss NInja!
