Wet cavity wall insulation causing humidity and damp problems in Brighton, Sussex

Once again, whitewool cavity wall insulation is causing damp and condensation issues internally. This time we are in Brighton, Sussex on top of a hill. This property has humidity issues due to the fact that the insulation is firstly not suitable and secondly installed badly, leaving cold spots where there is no insulation and damp areas where there is, due to the insulation being too dense.
