🔥 *STIR-FRIED COBRA LIVER & GUTS*
Clean and chop snake guts. Sauté chopped shallots with oil, then stir-fry the guts with seasoning. Sauté pineapple wedges with scallions, Vietnamese coriander, and chili separately. Combine stir-fried guts with sautéed pineapple and serve hot.

🍲 *COBRA SOUP*
Boil the snake and shred the meat, setting aside the stock for broth. Bring snake stock to a boil, add the meat and minced ear mushroom. Stir in beaten egg yolk, then egg whites, mixing thoroughly. Add tapioca starch slurry to thicken and serve hot.

🦴 *CRISPY FRIED COBRA BONE*
Chop snake skeleton into smaller pieces, then coat with seasoning and frying powder. Deep fry until golden and crispy, adding shredded lemongrass and basil. Serve hot with fried basil leaves.
