Tori Spelling and 4 of Her Kids Hospitalized After Car Crash | E! News

Tori Spelling, four of her five kids she shares with ex-husband Dean McDermott, and three others were transported to the hospital following an April 2 car crash, per TMZ. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to People that deputies were dispatched to a crash in Temecula, Calif. at around 5:45 p.m. where they arrived to find two damaged vehicles. Tori and the seven passengers were transported to the hospital in three separate ambulances where they were treated for injuries including concussions, contusions, cuts, and bruises, per TMZ.
