Nguyên liệu (Ingredients):
• 1kg thịt nạc vai (1kg lean pork shoulder)
• 20g hành tím (20g shallots)

Gia vị ướp thịt (Marinade for the meat):
• 2 Tbsp nước hành tỏi (2 tablespoons onion and garlic juice)
• 2 Tbsp nước tương (2 tablespoons soy sauce)
• 1 Tbsp dầu hào (1 tablespoon oyster sauce)
• 1 Tbsp mật ong (1 tablespoon honey)
• 1 Tbsp sữa đặc (1 tablespoon condensed milk)
• 2 Tbsp sốt ướp thịt nướng Hàn Quốc (2 tablespoons Korean BBQ marinade)
• 3 Tbsp dầu tỏi phi (3 tablespoons garlic oil)
• ½ tsp tiêu (½ teaspoon pepper)
• 1/3 tsp ngũ vị hương (1/3 teaspoon five-spice powder)

Pha nước quét mặt thịt (Glaze for the meat):
• ½ Tbsp dầu hào (½ tablespoon oyster sauce)
• 1 Tbsp mật ong (1 tablespoon honey)
• 1 Tbsp nước (1 tablespoon water)
• ½ Tbsp màu dầu điều (½ tablespoon annatto oil)
