The Witch is a folk tale/horror film from 2015 starring Anya Taylor-Joy.

It's based during the 1600s New England and follows a family as they try to survive not only the elements and bad crops, but something more sinister that lives in the nearby woods.

The Witch a wonderful, slow burn horror film that I personally love.
