📌NOTE: At 2:48 I edited out the clip of "Parting Gift" by Fiona Apple as, although the studio version uses the Bdim chord, the live version that I featured in this video actually had the note G in the chord instead of F, making it a G/B chord! Thanks to the commenters who brought that to my attention!

The Leading Tone chord, which is "Bdim" in the key of C, is one of the seven main chords of the major key, however, compared to it's six diatonic brethren, barely gets any use in actual music. So today we're looking at why this chord is so rarely used, and also taking a listen to some of the hard-to-find examples of it actually at use in a song.
