How to make the most flavorful chicken leg quarters (step by step).

I’m excited to share one of the most popular recipes on my blog! The secret to these delicious chicken legs is a wet rub which is made with a few basic ingredients you probably already have in your pantry!
I paired the chicken legs with carrots and potatoes but you can make it with any side of your preference.

Ingredients I used in this recipe:

2 chicken leg quarters (skin-on recommended)
3 large carrots (peeled and sliced)
8 Yukon potatoes (sliced)

-Ingredients to make wet rub-
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
2 teaspoon of paprika
½ teaspoon of chili powder
½ teaspoon of black pepper
1 ½ teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil

*Please note the following are specific for this video and varies from the blog:

I used 2 chicken leg quarters instead of the four.

Potatoes used in this video are Yukon potatoes rather than the red potatoes.

Also note that my preference for the veggies is firm, not mushy so I baked them in a different baking pan from the chicken and pulled them out after 25 minutes.
