The Most Complex Glass Piece Ive Ever Made - Full Glassblowing Demonstration - First Switch Axis

Today in the studio were trying something new, the switch axis technique. We will first make and assemble three encalmo cups. Once they're assembled we will then melt a hole in the middle of the cup. Once the hole is made we can attach a new blowpipe to switch the piece 90 degrees and get a different perspective on the color pattern. This move takes lots of coordination and its something that i want to practice more in the future.
