The BEST attic/loft lights installation for BEGINNERS? {No Electrician Needed!}

Hi all - now I can get in the attic easily after last week's attic ladder install, before I even attempted replacing missing insulation (and topping the rest up) I needed to be able to see what we were doing!

Before, we used head torches or plugged bulky work lights into an extension cable. This hasn't been practical to constantly move them and take them to different areas.

So I decided to share my electrical DIY guide on how I installed my own low energy LED batten lights in the loft without breaking my house wiring. NOTE: I am not an electrician - I just wanted to learn some basics with Wago connectors, wire strippers, etc, and opted for an easy DIY for beginners route.
