Tarragon - Super Fast Rotax Fighter Jet!

I met up with Chuck Barth at Sun 'n Fun 25 and he gave me a great introcuction to the Fighter Jet like Tarragon. This is an amazing airplane using a Rotax 912 up to 916is. Sitting in it feels like like sitting in a luxurious version of a fighter jet. The performance with the Rotax 916is (160 hp) is amazing with a cruise speed of around 170 KTAS. That's truly impressive at about 6.5 gallons per hour of Premium Auto gas or Avgas. This thing comes complete with all Garmin avionics (G3X, GTN650, G5, autopilot etc.).

I haven't had to opportunity to fly it yet, but I am hoping to get that chance soon. When I do, I"ll take a camera along so I can share the fun!
