Our rotisserie pig roast outdoors on a super cheap spit rotisserie was probably one of the most fun things I have cooked in a long while. We've spent hours researching about pig, roasts, and the rotisserie method to give you the biggest advantage in knowing what to do.

You will need to possibly rent a rotisserie but surprisingly if you have one that will work up to 30 pounds it will be enough since we only used a 20-pound pig.
