A Santa Rosa County deputy in Florida pulls over a speeding driver — a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force.
What begins as a routine stop quickly turns into a long night filled with refusals, demands, and lessons in accountability.

Lieutenant Colonel Michelle Bongiovi, a periodontist assigned to Hurlburt Field, refused to comply with simple commands, asking repeatedly for a supervisor and refusing to exit her vehicle.
Deputies were eventually forced to break her window and remove her.

After receiving minor injuries from broken glass, she was treated by paramedics and transported to the station.
A breath test later showed 0.000, but when deputies requested a urine sample, she refused — until they explained that refusal meant a 12-month license suspension under Florida law.
The results of that test have not been publicly released.

According to public records, Bongiovi was charged with:
• Driving Under the Influence (DUI)
• Resisting an Officer Without Violence
• Failure to Obey Police or Fire Department Instructions
