Police Investigate Berlin Truck Crash That Killed 9 As Act of Terrorism

A tractor-trailer crashed into a shopping area near the landmark Kaiser Wilhelm memorial church Monday night, injuring dozens of people. According to reports, at least nine people were killed when the vehicle plowed into a crowded Berlin Christmas market. Police say a passenger in the truck was killed while the driver fled on foot, but was arrested nearby, police say.
