OLD Perkins Turbo Diesel Engine Left in a FIELD- What is it and Will it RUN?

In this episode, I acquire what I thought was a DOT 4 Perkins Phaser Truck engine for parts. Bought sight unseen and dragged from the middle of a field on a farm, it came with no history or other details. When it arrived, it became immediately clear it wasn't the engine I thought it was.
