Sastojci:
4 šolje od 200ml brašna
1 šolja tople vode ili 200ml
½. šolje toplog mleka ili 100ml
kesica suvog kvasca
1 kašika soli
1 kašika šećera
2 kašike maslinovog ulja

Sos:
400g paradajz pelata
2 kašike maslinovog ulja
1 čen belog luka
kašičica soli
½ do 1 kašika šećera (ili po ukusu)
biber
bosiljak

Nadev:
150g pica šunke
120g sira gauda
70g rezanih šampinjona
origano

Testo treba da stoji na toplom oko 1h da naraste.
Još oko 30g brašna za premesivanje. (u videu je tačno prikazano koliko sam potrošila brašna za ovaj korak)
Vreme pečenje: 15-17 minuta na 250°C (paziti da se ne prepeče)

2 tablespoons olive oil

400g tomato passata (or peeled tomatoes)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon salt
½–1 tablespoon sugar (to taste)
Black pepper
Basil

Topping:
150g pizza ham
120g gouda cheese
70 g sliced mushrooms
Oregano

Instructions:
1. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
2. About 30 g of flour for kneading. (In the video, you can see exactly how much flour I used for this step)
3. Bake at 250°C (480°F) for 15–17 minutes, watching closely so it doesn’t overbake.
