Today’s video looks at three specific case studies with the same investment counterparty in the hospitality sector. Prior that, in order to frame that discussion, we’ll first need to recap the qualifying Investments for the Portugal Golden Visa. We’ll also explain why the hospitality sector continues to be the #1 area of focus for Golden Visa investment in 2025 – which is a trend that is only deepening over time.

After that, we’ll dive into the core content of today’s session by introducing you to the Navigator Collection. This is a hotel chain that is now becoming rather well-known due to the attractiveness and flexibility of the GV investment case it offers – so it’s possible that this is not a new name to you at this point.

There are 3 primary ways to access the Navigator Collection investment for the purposes of the Golden Visa, so we will break down each one of these in turn. The first is a fund-based model requiring €399k of upfront capital, the second is a financed model at €349k initial capital, and the third is a low-cost lower-reward model at just €325k investable capital required.

After looking at these, we will provide some balance by looking at the most popular alternative in the market, which are more diversified investment funds at the €500,000 investment threshold.
