Faith (Iza Calzado), Julio (Zanjoe Marudo), and Stella (Jodi Sta. Maria) are devastated after their children die in a tragic bus accident. As part of therapy, a psychologist offers the grieving parents dolls to care for. Events take a turn for the worse when the dolls turn sinister and mysterious deaths abound.
