Mari Lwyd and The New Years Celebrations

In today’s video we’re looking at the Hen Galan (New Year’s) traditions that are celebrated on January 13th every year. These include the parading of the Mari Lwyd, a scary looking Gray horse skull, that goes house to house to ‘frighten’ the New Years revellers.
