Làm Sữa Chua Da Ua không xài sữa đặc - Homemade Plain Greek Yogurt Instant Pot

Phương pháp làm sữa chua này bằng instant pot, rất gọn và dễ làm. Vệ sinh, tiệt trùng diệt khuẩn an toàn cho sức khỏe. Nguyên liệu là sữa tươi và da ua yaourt. Dùng nồi Instant Pot là hiệu quả nhất. Nhưng nồi thường cũng thực hiện được.

Công thức - Recipe : Yield 8 jars, 115ml /jar. Là kiểu sữa chua đông đặc để up không chảy ra. Thick, custard style yogurt without using condense milk.
Nguyên Liệu - Ingredients
Sữa tươi - 1 lít = 4 cup Fresh whole Milk
Men Sữa Chua - 1Tbsp Plain yogurt Chobani ( starter, live active yogurt culture)

Direction Notes:
1/ Sterilize the jars/bottles/container/utensils. Place them in the basket, pour 1 cup of water into the pot. Select "STEAM", High Pressure 1 minute, Natural Release.
2/ Pasteurize the milk mixture. IP - YOGURT, MORE, "BOIL" on the display. The IP will boil the milk to 180°F / 83°C. Done, display "Yogt".
3/ Cool the Milk to 110-115 °F / 43-46°C. Add the yogurt starter to the milk mixture and stir well, then distribute the milk into jars.
4/ Without water or rack, place the jars into the IP to incubate the milk.
5/ Select "yogurt", NORMAL mode. Set the time to 9 hours
6/ Chill the yogurt in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
7/ Make Greek yogurt by separate the yogurt from the whey, using coffee filter.
