Jamali Maddix enters Dr Marler's office for a session designed to test how bothered he really is - but he quickly proves he might be Joe's most challenging patient yet.

The famously unbothered comedian reflects on a childhood spent causing trouble, before diving into his daring documentary work confronting extremists and racists to name a few - moments that reveal a side of Jamali that may in fact be bothered...

The session builds to an exercise where Joe tasks Jamali with taking responsibility for something serious, and, as expected, it doesn't quite go to plan.
