Prince William and Prince Harry’s cousin Lady Eliza Spencer and Channing Millerd celebrated their engagement in Cape Town, South Africa, five months after getting engaged in Santorini, Greece. Princess Diana’s niece offered a look at the festivities on her Instagram Stories Dec. 22 where she could be seen posing in a beautiful rooftop venue. The 33-year-old's family was also in attendance, which included twin sister Amelia Spencer Mallett, mother Victoria Aitken, older sister Kitty Spencer, 34, and their half-brother Samuel Aitken, 22.
