“I’m Not My Thoughts” Didn’t End My Suffering

I'm sharing my personal experience of what happened after the "I am not my mind / thoughts" shift. That was only the beginning. Trauma stored in the body would come up. Beliefs and old structures needing to be seen and worked through. One could say, a long phase of purification or embodiment / integration started.
I hope me sharing this story helps someone out there feel less alone in their process.
