I Made Simple Somerset Cider (and it was incredible)

Autumn approaches, the apples are ripe. Rob demonstrates how to make Somerset cider the simple way, in one month, with nothing but apple juice. Extracted from the forest garden's Katy, Egremont russet and Cornish aromatic apple trees using a domestic apple scratter and fruit press.
