Today, I’m finally revealing our brand-new prototype, the Low-Profile Double Wide Kit — and guess what? It requires NO WELDING!

In this video, I walk you through how our new Low-Profile Double Wide Prototype Kit works. This kit gives you a true 20ft open-span double wide without a single necessary weld, and it will ship straight to your door. Finally, a DIY-friendly way to connect and modify shipping containers.

I’ll show you everything — from how the alignment cones and bolt-on bridge fittings lock the containers together, to sealing the header kit and running our water test. Then we’ll head inside, where we framed it out using our strut channel system, insulate with spray foam, and finish it with clean PVC wall panels and a mini-split HVAC unit.
