A&Z #740 - Atlas vs Humpy's Kodiak Arrest Alaskan King Crab Legs Challenge at Humpy's Great Alaskan Ale House in Anchorage, Alaska. On June 5, 2019, I began my 2019 Summer Adventures and stop #2 was the state of Alaska!! I attempted 6 delicious food challenges in the Alaskan cities of Homer, Soldotna, Talkeetna, and Anchorage. For final challenge #6, I was still in Anchorage, Alaska where I attempted Humpy's Kodiak Arrest Alaskan King Crab Legs Challenge at Humpy's Great Alaskan Ale House (next to and under same ownership as Flattop Pizza + Pool). I had 1 full hour to finish 4lbs of Alaskan King Crab Legs plus 14" of reindeer sausage, 7 fried crab nuggets, mashed potatoes, healthy steamed vegetables, and a cherry crisp with vanilla ice cream for dessert. BIG thanks to Humpy's ownership and staff for the wonderful hospitality, and to all the people who came up to watch and meet us that night. Humpy's Kodiak Arrest Alaskan King Crab Legs Challenge ($250):

Humpy’s challenges you to eat 7 fried crab cakes/nuggets, 14 inches of reindeer sausage, 4 lbs of Alaskan king crab legs with side dishes, and their famous wild berry crisp with ice cream for dessert. If you can put away all this food in 1 hour (without leaving the table!), you win a spot on their winners hall of fame and an “I got crabs at Humpy’s” t-shirt. Oh yeah & bragging rights!!
