This aircraft was purchased by a customer as a ready-to-fly, and is Part 103 legal. This is the first test flight before final tweaks/polishing and delivery to a customer. Wing-skin movement is due to rapid temperature change, engine vibration, and shifting flight loads - and is completely normal.
