Historic Jamestowne | Yorktown Battlefield | Colonial Williamsburg | Virginias Historic Triangle!

We continue our journey through Virginia with a stop at Newport News Campground in Newport News, Virginia. We chose this location due to its proximity to Virginia's historic triangle. The historic triangle consists of Yorktown Battlefield, Historic Jamestowne, and Colonial Williamsburg. We thought we could explore all 3 of these places in 2 days...we were wrong! There is a lot to see and take in at all 3 of these historic locations. We started at Yorktown Battlefield on day 1 and spent most of the day between there and the American Revolution Museum. We quickly realized this trip would take all 3 of our days in Newport News to complete. Day 2 was spent exploring Historic Jamestowne, as you will see, there was a bit of confusion between Jamestowne Settlement and Historic Jamestowne. Our final day was spent visiting Colonial Williamsburg. Check out the video to find out which one was our favorite!
