On August 11th, I sat down feeling small and a little disoriented—but also aware of the bigger vision unfolding. This log is about the tension between big dreams and the first small steps that bring them to life.

In this reflection, I share:
🌱 How I’m creating Focus Sessions for deep transformation.
🌱 Why structure with flexibility matters in transformational work.
🌱 The role of intake surveys and self-reflection in preparing for change.
🌱 Seeing feelings and problems as having physical qualities—color, shape, movement, location.
🌱 Reconciling my science background with the unseen: energy, vibes, and consciousness.
🌱 Why connection and collaboration make transformation easier than doing it alone.
🌱 The gift of documenting progress and noticing cyclical patterns over time.

Sometimes the work feels too big, but taking the next step—however small—keeps the vision alive.
