Welcome back to our Epic Winter Road Trip!

We’re still camped up at Kangaroo Creek Hipcamp near Dubbo, and tonight’s dinner is a cosy one — freshly baked bread and hearty minestrone soup, made right at camp.

It was so cold the dough wouldn’t rise, so we had to proof it by the campfire! Yolinda followed (sort of) a recipe for once, and the results were amazing.
