I started the day near the border with Montenegro, still in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The last part of the TET track here was mostly on paved roads, leading me to the border crossing into Montenegro.
Fun fact: Montenegro uses the Euro, yet it’s not part of the EU — only a candidate country.

Once in Montenegro, I continued following the TET. However, bad weather made me swap gravel for asphalt, and I headed for a cozy stay in the Durmitor National Park.
Since the day was still young, I decided to visit the incredible Ostrog Monastery — an architectural wonder built into a cliff, and one of the most important pilgrimage sites in the Balkans. Filming and photography are highly restricted here, but even without the camera, it’s an unforgettable place to see.

Afterward, I rode back into the mountains of Durmitor to spend the night in my little cabin surrounded by nature.
