'Fall had arrived in the ancient woodland and the lush greens had been replaced by sunset oranges and yellows. The leaves had started to fall and in a month the woods would take on a more stark atmosphere as another harsh winter laid siege.
You sat down beside the river and took out a flask of coffee, along with some provisions you'd brought along. There was not a soul around and you were grateful for the time alone. For the next three hours you watched the river and took in this wondrous place'.
