Ep 163 | Deliciously Tender French Coq Au Vin | Wild Cooking | From French Chateau to Farmhouse

Relax and unwind with Anna and Peter and have a peaceful afternoon meal in the gardens of their remote French farmhouse.

This time, Anna prepares 'Coq au vin' - a typically French dish of chicken braised with red wine, onions, carrots (to replace mushrooms that Peter isn't keen on!), and garlic. Plenty of local red Burgundy wine was used. The dish was accompanied with a simple boiled rice side. It tasted absolutely delicious!

Switch off and unwind for a while and enjoy the sounds of the tranquil French countryside. In this video, not a word is said – the outdoors seems to say enough!
