A young girl, born into a poor family, has her life changed forever when she becomes the wife of a wealthy talking bear...but not all is as it seems, for the bear becomes a man by night! Her revelation of the Bear's true form leads to an arduous adventure of love and cunning, having to meet and contend with her love's wicked troll stepmother and a troll princess suitor, who whisk him away to a far off castle that lies east of the sun and west of the moon!
