DIY Home Library Makeover | IKEA Billy Bookcase Hack, Color Drenching, Intaglio Gallery Wall

We transformed our unused living room into a stunning home library! To create a custom built-in look, we used IKEA Billy bookcases and added architectural details. We painted the vinyl windows black for a bold contrast and color-drenched the entire room in a rich, moody green. To add character, we DIYed an architectural intaglio gallery wall and hung coordinating curtains. The space was completed with a center bistro table and two cozy reading chairs, making it the perfect reading nook.
