🌸Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies
Yield - 36 mini cookies
Ingredients:

Butter 42g ( 3 tbsp)
Castor sugar 25g (⅛ cup)
Brown sugar 25g (⅛ cup)
Milk 1 tbsp
All purpose flour 70g ( ½ cup + 1 tbsp )
Baking powder ¼ tsp
Baking soda ¼ tsp
Dark chocolate ¼ cup + extra for topping

Bake at 170’C for about 10 - 12 minutes

Incase you want an alternate flour for this recipe. You can use the following:
🌾 1. Whole Wheat Flour (Atta)
Ratio: Use less amount – 60g
Tip: The cookies will be slightly denser and nuttier in flavor. You can add an extra 1–2 tsp of milk if the dough feels dry.

🌰 2. Almond Flour (for a gluten-free version)
Ratio: Use about 75–80g almond flour
Tip: The texture will be softer and slightly chewy. You might need to chill the dough for 10–15 mins before baking.

🌾 3. Oat Flour
Ratio: Use 70g oat flour
Tip: Great for a softer, wholesome cookie. Add a pinch more milk if needed.
