Can you Actually Beat Chinas Hardest Minecraft Mod?

MITE is a mod that was originally made in Canada, but was widely adopted by the Chinese market and is known as one of the hardest mods in China. It's difficulty is a mix of stifled progression and difficult mobs. As you play through it, it never gets any easier. Modern tools barely help, and mobs get extremely difficult. This is the first hardcore playthrough I've seen on YouTube, but there may be some on Bili Bili.
