CÁCH LÀM ĐU ĐỦ NGÂM CHUA NGỌT CẤP TỐC CHUẨN NGON GIÒN TAN - CRUNCHY PAPAYA PICKLED. Dễ làm và rất ngon cả nhà ạ!

CRUNCHY SOUR SWEET GREEN PAPAYA
INGREDIENTS:
- 500g green papaya
- 1 red chili pepper (sliced)
- 50 – 100g sliced garlic (if u like)
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 150ml vinegar
- 1tsp salt
- 3tbsp fish sauce

RECIPE:
1. Cut papaya as your style or like in the video. Wash with 1tsp salt and water to remove sap inside papaya. Then wash again with clean water.
2. Prepare a basket and dry papaya under the sun about 3hours (or can use heat in oven if there’s no sun)
3. Use vinegar + sugar + fish sauce = cook until it’s boiled. Wait until it’s cool
4. Pour all the dried papaya and chili,garlic into the vinegar mixture.
5. After 2 hours, we can eat. More delicious when after 1 night.
6. Put in fridge to keep long time. Enjoy with anything u like!
