Building a Simple, Elegant and Modern Side Table

This is video I attempt at making a side table. But I discuss an alternate version of it.

I have used blackwood (Acacia melanoxylon) to make both the tables.

The two tables are differnt in the method of joinery and how the parts come together in some sections.
