Yes! These are the best hand movements and mouth sounds for sleeping and relaxing 😌 I mean, that’s just my opinion, but I hope you agree with me 💖 I don’t know about you, but when I feel anxious, stressed, or have insomnia, this is the first type of ASMR video I look for. Somehow, hand movements, especially slower ones, are what calms me the most. Maybe it’s because they’re so hypnotic (?) not sure haha. Anyway, I hope you enjoy all the ones I’ve picked here.
