*Synopsis:* Two pairs of identical twins are separated following an unfortunate incident. However, years later, their lives intertwine, leading to confusion and misunderstandings.

*Plot Synopsis:* The film is an adaptation of Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors, following two pairs of identical twins (Sanjeev Kumar) & (Deven Verma) separated at birth. Raj (Utpal Dutt) and his wife (Shammi) adopt twin sons, both named Ashok, and another set of twins, both named Bahadur. A tragic accident divides the family, and years later, the grown-up twins accidentally meet, leading to hilarious and chaotic situations for their families and others in the city.
