Aaron Taylor Johnson has “too many abs” in Kraven the Hunter

Aaron Taylor Johnson got into fantastic condition to play Kraven the Hunter, and although his abs are a big talking point, he gained a lot of muscle too. But being super lean, reveals those hard earned abdominal muscles.

Aaron worked with nutritionist Nate Schmit and trainer David Kingsbury for six months to get into Superhero shape, but he already built up a base of muscle.

But after six months of eating a strict diet, it can be a memorable experience when you first break from the plan, as Aaron recalls his first pizza and beer after finishing filming and breaking from the plan.
