Breakfast
• Mock marmalade 1 tablespoon
• Bread toasted 1 slice (40g)
• Butter 5g
• Tea 2g +10mg milk

Lunch – Leftover Leek and Potato Soup
• Leek 1/2
• Potatoes 2 medium
• Lard 5mg
• Stock from leftover pan scraps
Water 700ml
Salt/Pepper/Dried herbs
Milk 10 ml
Fresh Chives
Bread half of slice - 20mg

Dinner – Baked potato with Salad
• Potatoes 2 small
• Cheese 17g
• Bacon 20g
• Lard 5mg
• Leek 1/2
• Carrot 1 small
Apple 1 small
Malt vinegar- 1tbsp

🍊 Orange drink – 1 tbsp
