I Redesigned This Bungalow in England

The owner of this bungalow in England needed more space. During a consultation with me he discussed his plans to demolish the bungalow and replace it with a two-storey house. Despite having a healthy construction budget I pointed out how to achieve much of what he needed for far less money.

The redesign in this video is just a sketch and not the subject of a detailed feasibility study. The drawings are just for discussion, not for construction.
